Buyer still homeless 26/022021
My name is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx you recently acted as my estate agent to sell my house. Once receiving an offer from my home, you phone me several times and email me to arrange conveyancing. Nevertheless, I did send you an email stating that the Internet model you use may not be appropriate. However, after 4 phone calls that day from your organisation reassured me of a first-class service in reference to conveyancing. A price was agreed, and I paid on my Visa card in reference for selling and purchasing another property.
However, the organisation (you choose) xxxxxxx did not delivered as you promised. Therefore, leaving my buyer now homeless and living apart with 2 young children. As this organisation is ignored my buyers solicitor and just sending me automatic emails, with no substance. I have now lodged a complaint as xxxxxx to get things moving. I will not be using them to purchase a property. So please only take the funds for selling my property and please forward me in full the remaining balance. Looking forward to a positive response.
I have blanked out the conveyancing firm as they're trying to deal with my complaint. The above is the email sent to doorsteps so far, REFUSING REFUND 5 stars on this. So it goes to the top of the reviews I will keep you all updated every Friday.
