From the very first day we met Peter, we knew that we had made the right decision to go with Whitlock & Heaps. We’d just had a bad experience with a different agent, and we came to W&H after seeing so many of their sale boards up in the area.
When Peter came to look at our house, he was warm and professional, he knew immediately what the house was worth and showed us some examples of similar houses in the area that he had sold or had on the market.
He and his team, in particular Ed, who was a STAR, were very professional in organising the viewings. They were never late, their communication was excellent, and we knew our house and belongings were completely safe in their hands whilst we were out.
The house sold in less than a month, exactly as Peter said it would, and for the price that he had told us to expect. Everything went so smoothly, we felt so lucky to have found them. From start to finish we were completely taken care of and could not recommend them highly enough.
