They knew their market, and the property sold very quickly, even if completion was eventually delayed for a number of months because of the buyer's circumstances. No fault of the agent, who always had an alternative buyer available if I had chosen to pull out. As it was, they were always attentive, stayed in touch and kept me informed of what was happening, which reduced stress levels considerably!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.

Some issues we face with bank re-possession sales is a lack of information to start with, as the sellers selling were not the owners and represents the bank.
