Don't stay with mistoria. Wouldn't recommend it at all, you can stay with other companies in the area for the same price that are more helpful, more clean, and worth more for your money.
When we moved in, the property was filthy and the bins were overflowing. My mattress was blood stained, there were cracks all over the walls and ceilings, the bathroom floor tiles were falling apart (and eventually caused a leak through our entire ceiling) and there were dirty items under my bed that were left from previous tenants. I had phoned and left several emails to mistoria, and it took me actually walking to the office for them to do anything, which was actually 2 weeks after I had moved in. A new matress wasn't delivered until 2 months after this.
I regularly found that mistoria wouldn't answer any of my calls, but when I put my number on private they would, so it is clear they were neglecting us and our questions/queries about the property and we could see that they simply did not care about our stay with them.
The only thing I can say is that the guy from maintenance was nice and responsive, I felt as though he cared more about our experience than any of the other staff. I preferred speaking to him more than anyone else but unfortunately we could only speak to him when we had a physical issue in the house.
Staying with mistoria made my year at University stressful and I wish I had made another choice, will not be staying here again and will be telling everyone else considering mistoria to look eslewhere.

We are disappointed to read your comments and we apologise for your experience. We are aware of the circumstances of your situation but want to stress that the problem wasn't structural.
Our contractors did attend the property when the leak was reported but were denied entry by yourself until after the council had visited. Unfortunately this took a month, in which time the problem had worsened.

We're disappointed to hear this tenant felt they had such a negative experience with us.
It's hard to give a personal and full response to this tenant as we are unable to identify them from the comments left. All we can do is apologise if the feel they didn't get the service they expected and use the feedback to improve our service in the future.

We are fully aware of this tenant's experience and we've spent a lot of time handling this case.
We're sorry that she feels she had such poor service from us but as far as we are concerned, all protcol was followed and the necessary steps were taken with regards to maintenance issues, the check-out process and deposit dispute.
