As first time sellers we were a bit worried about selling our property and all the work that might be involved. I can say that thanks to Pacitti alot of that worry was taken away.
We were informed at every step of the process, and their sellers portal is absolutely fantastic. We were able to view those that had visited the property, see any comments left along with notes of interests and offers. I would especially like to thank Ross our selling agent, who set our expectations on what he thought the property should go for, and I am glad to say we secured the high end of that estimate. Not only that but Ross was in constant contact with ourselves, as first time sellers he was very patient, and when needed provided us with his market knowledge and expertise. I would also thank Paul who held initial meetings with ourselves to get us on board with Pacitti. Everything he said Pacitti could offer was bang on.
If you are tossing and turning over who to use I would recommend giving Pacitti a chance!
