I can't give enough stars for the service we have received from Sue Graham-Smith and Martyn Harrison, we completed on Friday on a house purchase and I am certain it would not have happened if had not been for their professionalism, tenacity and just sheer brilliance! (Plus ability to keep me calm - not an easy task!). Our solicitor (not local) almost lost us this purchase, but thanks to Sue's liaison with the vendors and Martyns hours spent on the phone to the lenders, our solicitor and me we completed on Friday and now have the keys firmly in our hands!
We are a military family living in Bedfordshire at the moment and this purchase is us coming back home with our family to our own home again, so the stakes were so high for this sale to go through. Had it not been for Sue and Martyn i'm not sure what we would have done.
Thank you for your help, I know its your job but this was over and above what is expected of customer service. I will not be going anywhere else when our mortgage is up for renewal in a couple of years.
Late Friday afternoon was full of (happy!) tears and we spent the weekend showing our children their new bedrooms and arranging removals. This is a life changing move for us in so many ways so thank you!
