We used Charlesworths to sell my Mum's property. They were professional from the off and unlike the others we asked gave us a realistic valuation. They kept us in the loop the whole time. Would definitely recommend.

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have taken into account my side and at least speak to landlord to come up with solution instead of speaking down to me like I was nothing. Basically the tenant should be treated as well as the landlord, but in this case no cos he pays them.
