Thank you to all at Williams Way. After my Nan passed we reluctantly contacted estate agents as the property formed part of her estate. It was an emotional time and i explained on first meeting Will that the thought of losing the property was unbearable, he was very supportive, completely understanding and did not pressure at all. We had 3 valuations and i explained to all agents we would contact them once we had decided who to go with. Williams Way was the only agent not to contact me afterwards, i was so thankful he'd stuck to his word and let me take my time that we went with Williams Way. As well as the fact the website, reviews, information given during the meeting was all really informative. We were provided with black and white feedback after each viewing and weekly statistics on how the viewings were going. Every time we needed to chat through things someone was on hand to help. Would definitely recommend, a personable, professional company and website / social media presence is brilliant too. On comparison, one agent we had a valuation from contacted me at least 5 times throughout our marketing period, even though I had asked them to wait for me to select an agent and were very pressurising about trying to get us to switch agents, auction the property and on one call, when i explained we were not in any rush to sell because it sadly formed part of my Nans estate the girl replied 'thats great?!!!!! No, not great....very very sad and a difficult time but Williams Way gave the empathy and understanding the others fail to.
