There is a house woodcock Holmes rents in willonholt what an absolute disgrace the house never gets checked it’s overcrowded with more kids than rooms ,on top of that there is a dog barking all day there used to be three dogs at one point , they have erected an eyesore of a ramshackle conservatory on the back using mastic all on the brickwork there is always dog poop in the garden it stinks , the list goes on people like that should not be allowed to rent houses god knows how the owner even lets woodcock manage the property there won’t be a house left they are ruining it they have turned an alright house into a dump god help the poor owner woodcock homes could not care less I suppose as long as they get the rent If I was an owner certainly would not let them manage my property !!

Woodcock Holmes manage over 400 properties and a number of properties in the area you have specified in your review so we will require some more information form you. If you can contact us directly to report the specific property we will address each issue urgently and ensure that any problems are dealt with immediately. We take all complaints seriously and expect all of our tenants to live treat their property as if it was their home and to ensure that they do not cause any issues with their neighbours.
Once you have contacted us I will personally take action against the property and the tenancy to ensure their are no further issues going forward.
