In a very febrile market Pedder did a great job for us. Buyers came offering well over the selling price only to drop out later. Faye and then Joel did a great job however, being very open and transparent with buyers and building confidence. Joel, in particular, maintained communication up and down the chain, always generating a flow of information that reassured all of us that we were going to exchange and complete to deadline. We would thoroughly recommend Pedder to anybody buying or selling in the south east London area.
