I can say with confidence that Joel Moffat is one of the most outstanding agents we've ever had the pleasure to work with. We recently bought a house in Dulwich through Pedder and Joel was our main point of contact. He was immaculately presented when he conducted our viewing and guided us professionally through the property, acknowledging issues that he thought we should be aware of, whilst highlighting positive aspects and renovation potential. We ended up making an offer on our first viewing whilst still in the property.
Throughout the transaction to the point of exchange, Joel remained in constant contact and was always reachable if we had questions. Any delays or issues were carefully managed to make sure both sides of the transaction were always completely amicable. Where Joel was busy on vieiwings, George stepped in immediately so that we were never left waiting for anything.
I feel obliged to leave this review as it really was the most pleasant experience we have ever had on the buyers side, and it put our agents on the selling side to absolute shame. I would have no doubt in recommending Pedder Dulwich to friends and family and if you purchase with Joel you are in safe hands.
