Made the mistake of using McCartneys to sell my house so thought I would let you know my experience so you won't make the same mistake.
At my request I did all viewings myself. They put house on Rightmove and put For Sale sign up. This was pretty much all they did accept call me when we had a viewing.
Sold house 10 weeks ago though still SSTC and have had no calls from McCartneys since then.
No updates on how move is progressing unlike all the other estate agents I have used in the past.
Person dealing with us always too busy to talk when I have called.
The customer service is non existent.
Don't use them, don't be a fool like I was.
