I was a tenant who dealt with JLL as they were the managing agents. There was a foreign girl called Sarka Novakova who would oversee the shopping centre but she was an absolute terrible person to deal with. She thought whatever she said was right & wouldn't listen to what we told her. She is such an arrogant person who will stab you in the back, DO NOT trust her.
