I wanted to explain what has happened as I can see from your recent review on Allagents that you aren’t happy with our service and for this I can only apologise.
We run a family run business and all of our staff during the restrictions have been working from home while having the added challenge of home-schooling.
The lady who is our main viewer has been shielding her daughter so we have had to be really careful on the viewings we book in, this isn’t an excuse for our service but wanted to let you know.
Its has been difficult as we have had to find a balance between selling properties for our client’s and continuing to protect our staff and viewers during a national pandemic.
The first call you made unfortunately was answered by our overflow call company (so no calls are missed) who at that time hadn’t been briefed on what we were doing at present with viewing appointments so they took your details in readiness for a viewing booking.
Then Teresa emailed you to advise that we couldn’t do a viewing and asked for further information to help. (The sellers of the house in question have done all of their viewings and didn’t want any people who hadn’t sold or weren’t proceedable due to COVID-19)
I can see why you wouldn’t have been very impressed with this and I have updated the call company so this doesn’t happen to another client.
I take full responsibility for this breakdown in communication as they are part of our team.
