The staff at entwistle green were really helpfull and nothing was to much trouble,all the staff made it easy for the buying of a property go as smooth as possible,I have now bought 3 houses through the winsford office and would not use anyone else to do my selling or buying for me,if I rang to talk with someone who was busy they always returned my call as soon as they were free and I would like to say that each member of staff is a credit to entwistle green and should be acknoledged for all the hard work that they do

Think they were bit high but they sold my property quickly. Would like room for negotiation or % of sale price rather than fixed fee. Then find out they had 1% offer on for june so very unhappy with that.

It is a shame that we didn't get the advertised price for the property but my need for a quick sale was uppermost in my mind so the price achieved reflected this. The fees paid were justified for the thoroughly professional service I received.
