The communication from Pitts was extremely poor during the buying process.When we called the office for information we where often told that there was nothing they could do to help and where generally made to feel as though we where an inconvenience. I called the office and expressed my concern about this,and although the gentleman apologised nothing changed. We would not reccomend Pittis for this reason

this branch from valuation to completion were 100% dedicated with there time and expertise to get our sale to compilation. when we needed updates ore any other info the team got on to it as soon as they could and telephoned us with the out come.
