I have viewed a property in Coventry, with Mr Leon Binns. After the necessary checks and verifications, I have paid the deposit and rent and entered the house.
Unfortunately, I had to terminate the contract, after being asked to leave the property, by the Lanlord, who was not keen to discuss, about changing a pair of really old matressess.
The agency was made aware of the issue and have advised accordingly. Despite the frustration caused because of the unexpected reaction of the Lanlord, Envisage lettings, were supportive, reassuring and effective.
All of the team and Mr Binns personally, looked into my case promptly and thoroughly.
When, after attempting to find an agreement with the home owner, I realized, I had to leave the property, I was supported and informed in a professional manner.
Despite I had to pay the admin fees I got my money back and my contract was terminated. During all this time, the agency has acted as a mediator between the two sides.
Despite the not pleasant experience, I have to recognize the efficiency the professionality and the support provided by Mr Binns and his colleagues.
Envisage lettings is highly suggested
