Having been a landlord with Peter Wood for several years now, I would not go elsewhere.
The service is second to none - which has proven true even in these unprecedented times.
The value for the level of professionalism is exceptional.
I have never had a negative encounter with any of the staff who work there. They show a genuine interest in not only my properties but the personal life of myself and my children - Compared with the lack of, or even worse.. fictitious interest and care I have experienced with different agency's staff in the past.
My custom feels greatly appreciated and not taken for granted - which is always nice. I know my properties and interests are always a priority as the company only does lettings, and doesn't sell property - therefore you don't feel like a second priority to the sales of houses which I assume draws a higher commission, which I have frustratingly come across at the local national agencies.
They take on the stresses of letting a property, experienced by landlords as they always seem to find angel tenants. And they regularly update me on all of the ever-changing Welsh legislation since the introduction of rent-smart Wales.
I saw outside their office recently that they've won an award and I was very happy their efforts are appreciated by others, not just myself. Looking forward to seeing them after lockdown and congratulating them.
