As you would expect, we asked three agencies to value our property, however it became very clear that we would sign with 'Richard James' as soon as we met Callum. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local area, had a clearly defined marketing & sales strategy, with a proven track record of selling similar properties. This combined with the video of the property (which ended up being was more like a blockbuster movie) meant that we had sold within 5 weeks. Even when we had a problem with the sale of our buyer's property, he didn't shy away from sharing bad new, kept us informed and was able to solve the issue quickly, thereby getting us back on track.

As soon as we'd agreed the sale, Hayley stepped in. Right from the start she kept us updated as the sale progressed, and we worked to an exchange date in early January. Unfortunately, we then discovered some big issues further down the chain, which had the potential of derailing things. Despite the odds being stacked against us, Hayley was clam and methodical in her approach to address the issues, which ultimately led us to exchanging contracts yesterday. Hayley puts it well when she said 'this is so important because we're dealing with people's lives'.

Thank you once again for everything you've done for our family. It's fair to say that we've very much looking forward to moving in to our new home on Monday.
