As a first time buyers Alexander made our experience as painless as possible despite a slightly complex purchase. From the moment our offer got accepted Alexander was constantly in communication with ourselves pushing for both sides of the purchase to ensure that the sale was as smooth as possible (despite Covid, issues with ongoing chain, solicitors etc). Alexander answered all of our questions, how ever small or potentially stupid, in the friendliest of ways (despite the constant checking in from myself) resulting in us buying our dream house. I couldn't recommend Alexander more and have been impressed at every interaction.
