Leaders are leaders of disappointment and disorganisation. My dear wife and I and our baby have resided in a property of theirs for several months and it has been nothing but a series, and some rather serious, of a truly incompetent and genuinely substandard service. Our home, although we still reside there but are making in-roads to relocating with another agent, is in need of serious (highly recommended by expertise) repair. We have a baby and the accommodation is rotten through with damp. The walls are black. We have been trying to have this issue resolved for months but with no efficacious effect. I have photographic evidence that I am going to post online. We were given a humidifier recently which of course we will have to pay to operate, rather than the root cause being treated. A workman came out today, and this is one of many (you receive them for quotes) and I can assure you, this man could not believe his eyes. The condition of the flat is an utter disgrace and putting our child's health in danger (and our own). We have had many visitors and they could all echo that of our complaint being justified, honest, and actually is something that offends every human's cherished sensibilities. My wife and I have rented from other agents but we have never endured such adversity, we do not possess a propensity to complain. If I flagged before you all the issues that we have had, which I do not have the time for, you would be utterly horrified. I do not pen this with simply heavily emotional language because I am some fanatic. I am not. I am writing this because I want people to be warned and actually feel fearful with the prospect of embracing any property advertised on the market by this organisation. Why take the risk? For it will be a great one at that. Leaders are facilitators of disappointment for which one pays an awful lot of money for and which one works damned hard to receive. Truly shameful.

We sympathise completely with these Tenants plight, but unfortunately the property is managed by the Landlord. We have passed all communications on to the Landlord to be addressed.
