Would leave zero if possible. What a surreal and frankly shocking experience from Mhedi who flagrantly lied to us when I questioned his insistence we travel in person, through the pandemic, and in the snow, down from London. He tried to then cancel the appointment my father had to see it in person on our behalf, stipulating we were no longer high priority. Then, when I endeavoured to join my father, he cancelled and says it was rented. We discovered this was not the case, got the train down in the pandemic and took a half day off work to be told within moments of placing an offer the owner did not want us. It was clearly another spurious email from Mhedi who is hell bent on principle not to let to us. Baffling as we have been told by multiple agents we are exactly what landords are looking for ( professionals with teenage daughter). What a shame he has ripped off the owner too, using his bias and prejudice to act the warlord. Unfortunately Brighton is small and his behaviour will eventually catch up with him and highlight his outragous behaviour. Treating prospective tenants like they are totally lacking value will ultimately be your downfall. No surprise your books are shrinking! BEWARE AND AVOID. And yes, I have an email trail verifying all of this, should there be a desire to discredit it. Foul.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to read what their contract say and be responsible and helpful. However I don't think they would change my mind as it became more as a personal insult.
