Even if you have a job where you can easily take calls through the day, your mortgage requirements are straight forward and you're not buying in the midst of a global pandemic I would still recommend using Steve and Harriet to arrange your mortgage as they remove a great deal of the hassle from the process.
Steve was recommended by some friends of mine who have used him for years and he really did live up to the hype. He put me in a position where I was able to make informed choices on not only the mortgage, but also the best solicitors, surveyors and insurers to use.
Not only did he advise me on which mortgage deals would save me the most money but also what each bank was like service wise, as at the time many were weeks behind. Circumstances meant I needed the purchase through quickly so picking the wrong lender could've been detrimental to my chances of purchasing the house I had set my heart on after months of searching.
Once Steve had applied for the mortgage Harriet was on hand to deal with all the documentation including certification of my documents which given the social distancing restrictions would've been very awkward otherwise. She also kept the solicitors and estate agents updated which thankfully avoided me having to deal with all this myself. Being able to deal solely with Harriet throughout the buying process made a huge difference and sadly is something you very rarely find these days in a world of call centres and web chat!
