I have been a landlord client of Peter Wood for over a decade now.
I originally allocated the company one property from my portfolio following the advice of another local landlord I liaise with who highly recommended the agency.
My portfolio contains over 10 properties, over the course of 2 years, I slowly added all of the properties to Peter Wood. I was not necessarily dissatisfied with my other agency, I just found the communication, service, knowledge and rates here were unassailable. I have never regretted this decision.
Within the past decade across all properties, I have had minimal, minor issues with tenants behaviour, and have always received the expected rent without any large delays with arrears.
Over the years I have become close friends with and not just a customer of the employees of the agency. Their customer relations are excellent and I have consequently become the agencies largest proponent within the local area, recommending them to all other landlords I network with, some of whom have followed my advice, and feel as equally pleased as myself.
