I have been over all the maintenance from your flat since October 2020. You initially reported the shower not working on 14.10.20 and maintenance attended and resolved. Two weeks later we then received another maintenance request from you stating this still wasn't working. If you had advised us sooner than this we would have of course made sure you were not left without a shower for a further two weeks. In relation to the washing machine, this type of maintenance request is on a category C job which is classed as routine maintenance and you have to allow up to 7 working days for this to be resolved. As you have stated above, this was resolved within the time frame.
As maintenance can be very busy, it isn't always possible to advise tenants the exact times they attend to issues. Moving forward i will advise maintenance to call you before they arrive.
We are aware the WIFI has been down at the property for a week now and all tenants have been emailed regarding this. This cause of this has been explained in our email communication and unfortunately sometimes issues can arise with internet at properties. This again is a category C maintenance issue and was resolved in the time frame given. We apologise you feel like excuses have been made but this is not the case and new routers were required in order for your internet supply to continue at the building.
