We requested a RICS Homebuyers Survey for the purchase of our first house. PLP were quick to tell me that they had capacity and booked in a surveyor promising that the work could be done in the next few weeks. Apart from a request for payment, I didn’t hear anything from them. I found out from the sellers that the surveyor was due to come round, and have had to chase quite hard for the report (which is 10days later than promised). I never received any terms and conditions or even a receipt for payment.
PLP come across as disorganised, unprofessional and overly casual with their services, and I would not recommend them.
