“The worst agency what you can ever rent from!...”

I used to rent a flat From A&S and I am so glad I don’t stay with them anymore! There is nobody if you need a repair, if you need any help! The manager Avi is so rough, unfriendly, unhelpful, cheeky.
When my radiator broke down and I phone them I heard “I can take a screwdriver and try to fix by myself”.
When my window in living room stocked and I wasn’t able to open it I was waiting 4 months to get it fixed. Every week I phoned them to ask when will be done, so always I heard “someone will contact me soon to come and do it”.
When behind the toilet sink the water pipe broke down I phone them couple of times, until somebody finally came, so the “Engineer” repair the broken pipe with a plastic ring from used tape and screw it together.. 100% professionalism.. !
I rented the flat from A&S and I get it with very dirty carpets, full of stains, cream carpet on the corners was fully black on the middle. When I was viewing a property the guy says it is gonna be washed couple of days before I will move in, but it wasn’t touched! I put my own rugs on top of it to cover the stains, so when I moved out from this flat, i took them away and I heard from Avi “the carpets wasn’t shampoo” so he is going to cut off for it from my deposit. But that was a dirt what I get from Avi, and I was hiding it under my rugs! At the day to return my keys we end up with police, because he was arguing with my husband about the oven (Avi said it was a different one when he rented the property, and now it is something else there) and also as I mentioned before about the carpets. I wish all people will read the reviews before they will decide to go ahead and sign any contract with them. I wouldn’t recommend it even to my enemy.. Happy to stay in my own house now and do not deal with this PEOPLE again.
