We worked with five estate agents and Rhys Jellie at Chase Buchanan was, by far, the finest.
At our first meeting he had already reviewed the information regarding our specific
property search which was forwarded to him by your Twickenham office (by a very
efficient woman who's name eludes us.)
After seeing thirty properties with other agents, Rhys presented us with a property
which met all our requirements. We put an offer in the next day and this is the property
we purchased. I am happy to report we are delighted with the property.
We would like to commend Rhys on his professional, refined manner as well as his
ability to clearly hear the needs of his clients. He did not waste our time showing us undesirable
properties. He very clearly outlined the advantages of our purchasing this particular new build
for the way it met our needs and budget.
We also would like to commend the team spirit displayed by Rhys' colleague, Steven Crane.
Steven was always most willing to help us if Rhys was out of the office.
We were also extremely impressed with the mortgage specialist, Nadeem Younus. We under-
stand Nadeem does not work for Chase Buchanan but it is a definite asset having him in house.
It helped reduce the time we would have needed to spend traveling to two offices.
Of the four mortgage specialists we met with, Nadeem was the most experienced and knowledgeable.
I spent twenty years in sales and am especially appreciative of sales people who
excel. As you well know, an excellent sales employee is the best advertisement for your company.
We were referred to Rhys by friends who purchased a house from him.
We feel our experience with Chase Buchanan demonstrates a higher level of professionalism and
experience than we received at the other four agencies. Their follow-up email regarding service serves to confirm this.
We also value that they have an office in St. Margarets designated for that area of Twickenham.
