When I bought my property I was serving in Germany with the British Army and had no idea how to proceed with letting my property - until a friend recommended Brookdale.
Immediately I was very impressed with their expertise and professionalism as they guided me through the process of becoming a landlord. Due to the nature of my job and location we did everything either by phone or email, which was so seamlessly I couldn't believe at times. I extremely benefitted from their constant advice and expert views with their experience in this field.
Their stringent tenant vetting process allowed me to gain a very good tenant and I could rest assure that I would receive my rent each month. They are outstanding in property management, as they carry out periodic inspections and reports timely on any damages, issues or required repairs of the property. They also have the option of their own group of trade personnel who are always there at hand to provide top notch services if required.
They were really helpful and cooperative during the sale of my property, even to the point of operating outside of their remit to aid the process.
Throughout my 5 years with Brookdale I have never had a reason to doubt them, as they've constantly provided me with quality service and I wouldn't hesitate using them again.
