*FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE*

People are very quick to moan about letting agents these days, but I can honestly say, hand on heart, that MGY were absolutely brilliant, and I cannot fault them at all.

Even my first impression of dealing with MGY was great - I was struggling to end a contract early with a property using a different agency, and MGY were extremely patient and understanding. I found my perfect property and the agent who showed me around was very polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable - to be frank, everyone I have ever dealt with at MGY was like this.

When I was due to move in, they were fantastic at arranging little things that needed sorting - for example, fixing broken light bulbs and bringing in a second (brand new) sofa; and it was done promptly, meaning I could get settled in quickly and with ease. I also received all the necessary paperwork and had the details of everything explained to me clearly.

During my tenancy (of nearly three years), I had very little need to contact MGY - when I did have any issues, however, they were always dealt with promptly (and still with the friendly, professional and courteous standards I had come to expect). I never felt worried about reporting an issue or that I was a "pain" by asking.

I also always received plenty of notice when it came to things like inspections.

I unfortunately had to end the tenancy due to health reasons - otherwise I would have most certainly carried on as a tenant. I should add, that when I explained this to MGY, they were very understanding, and the checking out process was extremely smooth with no issues.

I can't recommend MGY highly enough and would absolutely use them again!

(Particularly thanks to Sian, Nicola and Karen (sorry if I've missed anyone!), as they are the agents I dealt with most frequently!)
