We dealt with Shepherds as first time buyers and were incredibly impressed from start to finish with the service. We dealt primarily with Will and communication was easy, punctual and regular and we felt reassured as first time buyers that we were in good hands. Will regularly went above and beyond to ensure that our exchange happened on time and to ensure a smooth process in general. Our solicitors were very difficult to contact at times and thanks to Will's perseverance we managed to complete on our chosen date. A fantastic experience all round! Thanks you!
