We had heard a lot of bad things about Wards especially in Rochester mainly about a former manager so when it came to selling our house I was reluctant to even hear them out. We invited the manger of the branch David to come to our home to discuss how they could help us. He came armed with lots of information and evidence of homes that they had sold in our area and the prices achieved. We hadn't expected to be but we were impressed. Not only did we sell through Wards but they also helped us to secure our next property which was being sold through them. We also used the mortgage advisor Colin who was very good and the solicitors which they recommended.
We would be lying if we said it had gone without a hitch, but the issues that we had were dealt with swiftly by the team at wards. You may be put off by David's approach initially as he can come across as a know it all but persevere and you will soon realise how hard him and the team at Rochester work for you.
