We rented a flat for about 2.5 years with Macks Properties and the experience was simply great! We found this letting agent really cares for their tenant's welfare. Since the beginning of the tenancy, they were friendly, professional, helpful and trustworthy. The process of moving in was easy and stress-free as well as the check out. One of the main points to highlight is their personal communication, always reachable, fast and sorting things out as quick as they can. They've shown a high commitment to the property and us. We would totally recommend their services!
