Without doubt, the best Letting Agent in Leeds by far!!. I am a landlord with quite a few properties in and around the Leeds area and would not consider using any other Letting Agent other than Stoneacre Properties. They are a proactive and dynamic team of letting specialist who take care of everything from start to finish. A special mention must go to Jordan and Mollie who are quick to find me great tenants at the best possible rental prices and in record times (i.e. no voids). An even more special mention goes to Carla, who then takes over to move the tenants in and does this so smoothly and professionally. Carla takes a lot of the stress away from me as I don't have the time myself to arrange EPC's, electrical reports and inventories. She just gets on with it and makes the entire process faultless and effortless. If you are a landlord who has a property to let, then I suggest that you look no further than Stoneacre Properties. They treat all clients the same, whether you have 1 property to let or a 100. I know this to be true as I have recommended them to a friend of mine who has just let her own house out in order to go travelling. I have also recommended them to other landlords with large portfolios and they have had the same wonderful experience. I can't thank Carla, Jordan and Mollie enough for taking care of everything for me.
