We are disappointed to hear that you felt that communication was poor. We were thrown in to the first national lockdown when your house was on the market, and as with many other companies we did our very best to navigating our way through this with a reduced number of staff and we can only apologies if there was a drop in communication during this difficult period.
In regards to entering a property, we would only do this if it was confirmed with our vendor, and the notes on our system showed that we did confirm this viewing the day prior. However we can only apologies if you feel that this wasn’t the case.
We did follow this up with you with a formal meeting back in July and had thought that we had cleared this up, so we are sorry here that you still feel this way.
