very poor service from branch, no response to calls and no one interested in 6 months was for sale. they seem to not want to deal with and wanted me to go to auction which is not something that i wanted to do after that they lost interest in selling it and did not bother anymore with the marketing, if i could give no stars i would.

Hi guys, as you will see from the online conversation we had and e-mails we were in contact at least every 2 days for the entire 6 weeks that you were trying to buy the flat and then pulled out without telling us. I am not sure we were able to communicate any more than this and we wish you all the best on your other purchase. ...

Hi John,
Thank you for your comments and I'm sorry you feel this way but please at least be truthful when on a public domain. As you are aware we dis-instructed ourselves after you made 2 of my colleagues cry due to your abusive nature towards them. You went on the market for more money than we recommended and then wouldn't listen when we advised you to reduce or trying a different method of selling which has worked well for flats like yours.
I honestly wish you all the best and hope it go ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
