Thanx Richard and Emily.
You both have been amazing at handling the conveyancing of our beloved family home “Farthings”.
Last year was certainly a year to remember, and the comfortable feeling we had knowing that we could leave the property in your capable hands, while at all times knowing you had our best interests at heart, was really reassuring.
You all felt like part of the family throughout the process (even waiting patiently while we conducted the now famous family “COBRA” meetings)
Richard, your enthusiasm for getting the best result was obvious from the first time we met and really impressed both Sue and I.
Emily, your fantastic images and video really promoted the property at its very best and I’m sure was paramount in clinching that final quick sale.
We are all confident that our dear Mum would have been more than satisfied with the way you handled everything, and as we finally close this difficult chapter in our family history, we can confidently look back knowing we chose the right people for the job and will always recommend you both as the best trusted local Estate Agents to anyone who asks us.
