Terrible service! rude, patronising staff who are happy to let you live in unhealthy mouldy conditions. Clothes and brand new furniture ruined.Avoid at all costs, and definitely do not rent the flat on Curlew Close

Thomas H Wood have the opportunity to respond to your feedback via this method you have chosen. Once again I point out that we take all points you raised seriously and the landlord was informed and contractors attended the property. You choose to leave the tenancy early and the landlord agreed at the time of leaving the property the communication between yourself and us Thomas H Wood was good and you did not make it clear that you were still unhappy. Once you received your bond in full you decided to communicate via this method. To which you are still communicating this way. I am not sure what this is achieving. I would hope that we can move on from this.

If anything I think the agent's comments on here highlight thier lack of professionalism. I have copies of emails showing the issues we experienced in the brief 6 month period we rented the property. Whilst I do not wish to waste time publicly disputing the issues, which are no longer of relevance to us, I would like to point out that the contract recieved following our review was not to rectify any of the issues raised, but seemingly to give us a telling off for daring to give honest feedback.

At the time of leaving the property the tenants were happy to leave and we had good regular communication with the tenants. Since leaving the property we have received these negative comments. I have also emailed tenants direct since leaving to understand why they felt the need to put negative feedback on this platform. I think this could of being handled differently and should of been raised at the time of leaving. All points raised by the tenants were acknowledged and acted upon.
We are not aware of any other people in the block experiencing mould issues.

I should add we bumped into two other couples who were moving out of the building on the same week as us, both confirmed this was due to mould. Many points raised in a formal complaint were not acknowledged and ultimately we had to leave the property for health reasons. We have rented for several years in other properties prior to this one, having never experienced any issues like mould.

Its very disappointing to receive this feedback, having sent several contractors to the property to identify any issues raised by the tenants. All contractors confirmed that the issue was due to condensation, referred to as lifestyle. The tenant was informed and the landlord offered a solution. The tenants choose to leave the property before the end of the fixed term contract with no penalty to them. The bond was returned in full and up until now the tenants agreed with the solution. So naturally to receive this feedback was very disappointing.
We have rented this property previously for many years and have never experienced an issue with condensation or mould.

Hi Louisa, I wish I had known you have your go to cleaners. I had three quotes that actually got back to me- two were for £250 and the other for £200 had to decline as his van would not fit in car park so I assumed this was the going rate. The email from your office just stated I had to get the apartment professionally cleaned and have proof of this for the inventory check so I went with that. Maybe you could actually offer up your recommended cleaners in the future to avoid added unnecessar ...
