Worst rental agent ever, they steal your deposit through lies, avoid mending any problems and dodgy work when they do, even there own builders they have talk about how bad some of the staff are AVOID

Karen, your deposit was registered with the Deposit Protection Service. When you left owing a number of month's rent, all legal paperwork was sent off to an independent adjudicator to assess the information. You will have been sent exactly the same report we have been. You submitted no documentation or evidence to support your false and frankly discusting claims above. If you had left the property owing zero rent, the property in even an acceptable condiiton, not the revolting dog covered carpets, and brown marks all over the walls, requiring the property to have a full redecoration, I'm sure you would have received part of your deposit back.
