John was brilliant from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the local housing market. Belvoir have a large customer base and John created a great property ad to market my home, this resulted in numerous viewings in the first week alone. After accepting an offer, John was proactive in providing me with any updates from the buyers and always available via phone or email if I had any questions. I would fully recommend Belvoir if you are looking to buy or sell.
