Hair and Son did a horrendous Job of managing my property. I raised multiple issues throughout last year of which none were dealt with. One being rocks (about 20cm in size and sharp) falling from the building exterior into my doorway which could well have caused serious injury and no doubt hospitalisation. I chased them for months before anything was done. Even then, they completed a short term fix rather than repairing the damage. Their complaints handler (funnily enough - partner in the company) was just as incompetent, non-responsive to emails/phone calls and frankly rude. I am still dealing with issues to my property due to their incompetence in property management.
