Despite an indifferent ending to our attempt to buy a house through Minors and Brady which had nothing to do with this excellent company whose level of professionalism was superb from start to finish. In saying that there was one member of their staff who stood out because she dealt with after sales issues and in our case they seemed to be never ending. This lady called Sarah, was outstanding in her efforts to try and resolve said issues, in so much she must have gone well beyond her remit. At a time of extreme stress it was reassuring to have a person who fully under stood your concerns. So Sarah we thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
