I would give this agency zero stars if possible. Very very poor service. In a house with multiple issues that were never addressed and then they attempted to steal the deposit with completely illegitimate claims. Beware. I would recommend taking an itinerary of the house you move into because it was clear this agency had absolutely no idea of the state of the house and anything in it. Finally, it's worth mentioning when we dealt with the landlord directly he was very reasonable, RMA are simply an awkward middle-man who made everything more difficult along the way when it was unnecessary. Avoid at all costs.

Roughly the same as everywhere else, though unlike some other places they don't offer the option of making amendments in the contract, which means you're essentially paying for just a copy of last year's contract but even with that the fees aren't ridiculous.

I was offered a basic and comprehensive management for my property following the securing of a 12 month tenancy. I opted to pick certain services allowing me to negotiate a management fee that I was happy to pay. This was offered to me from the outset so I always knew there was wiggle room so to speak as opposed to the usual jargon you receive from opportunistic agents wanting your business at a overly high rate. Overall pleased!
