Avoid at all costs! We recently bought a property through Fulfords. We were bullied, guzzumed, lied to consistently through the purchasing process. It was only through getting involved with the vendor did we even honestly know what was going on. I wouldn't recommend selling, purchasing, renting or letting with Fulfords. In fact even writing this review grieves me as they are yet taking up more of my time with their pure incompetence, but felt it my duty to warn others. I complained directly to them and got a letter with a ONE LINE APOLOGY in it. Pathetic. USE AT YOUR OWN PERIEL. I would however recommend Bradleys on Cowick Street although to be honest the guy in King Kebab could probably do a more professional job than Fulfords. #Fulfordsareliars

What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop sending me emails when I ask you to. Don't send emails to me that are addressed to some other person(!). Don't keep calling me, particularly after I have asked you not to. Don't pass my personal details on to other companies without my permission.

What agent could do to change your mind?
-Be transparent on fees, don't offer a discount to sign earlier when it's obviously not worth it for the tenant -Don't spam and provide ways to unsubscribe to SMS (I'm sure this is not entirely legal)
