Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. House brochure seemed as if written by a child, full of spelling and grammatical mistakes. Even after correction by ourselves, there were still mistakes.The photos were terrible. But worst of all was the inability to get in touch with them once the contract was signed and the 14 day cooling off period was over. Emails bounced back because the inbox was full, and telephone messages were ignored for a few days. It would seem the only thing they are worried about is getting their fee.
