After a beauty parade of 4 agents, we chose Gascoigne Halman to market our house, which went on sale in July. After a slow start (Wimbledon, and then the 2 Olympics) there was a flurry of activity during late October and early November, which resulted in an offer at an acceptable price in mid November, and exchange of contracts on 20th December, for completion in mid-January 2013.Lucy and James, and their colleagues, were always attentive to our queries, keeping us informed of progress, backed up by Peter Higham, who brought the exchange to a satisfactory conclusion. Congratulations and thanks to all the staff at the Wilmslow office.
