I came to a the property for a viewing, no one opened the door (I later realised the agent Danielle was showing someone). Then another viewer turned up, a few minutes later the agent opened the door and these people quickly went inside, the agent just ignored me. 20 minutes after standing outside in the pouring rain I left, as the Danielle didn't talk to me or explain what was going on and thought its okay for people to just wait in the rain for nearly half an hour. She then called me ten minutes later asking if I was waiting outside or did I already view the property? I advised her I had left because this is no way to treat potential purchasers, she advised one of them was running 15 minutes late, hence why I had to wait in the rain with no expatiation. When I told her that's still no reason to just make me wait that long in the pouring rain, she said whatever and hung up. Terrible agent, terrible service, would never buy for this agent or instruct them to sell.

Can i ask that you leave a review for the correct office as this is detrimental to the incorrect business, Please direct your response to the Chadwell Heath branch and that particular member of staff that works in that office. We are independent owned and run and that staff member does not work for this organisation.

As a client that signs terms of business from the outset clearly, highlighting the fees (which was a percentage not fixed fee as stated), you should expect to pay and recieve an invoice for the agreed ammount. At no point throughout the transaction did you raise any concerns about the service, nor did you have any reason to. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
