We were already intending to purchase the property when we were flooded out of our existing property. Although the vendor was not prepared to allow us to move in prior to completion, Bradleys were able to negotiate with the vendor, on our behalf, that we could put our furniture there so that it did not have to go in to store after it was sanitised. Bradleys were so sympathetic to our dilemma. We cannaot thank them enough.
When our home is renovated, we will definitely be using them to find a tenant for this flat that we had purchased as an investment to provide an income for our retirement
