This agency put at risk all their customer because they don't upload any video in its website. We suggested to do it to avoid so many visits in our bungalow. They said they are going to ask their boss, but they usually do visits because the buyers doesn't have access to electronic device. After one week of asking for a video, they came to do another viewing.
The government guidance said:; 'Initial viewings should be done virtually wherever possible. Property agents should be able to help you with this'.
They don't want to help us with that. We offered to record a video and send them. Clearly, they don't mind to put us in risk and also to put their customer in risk.
