I have had two properties rented through Belvoir, Welwyn and one recently sold through Belvoir Welwyn. I have to say that on both rental and sales sides I could not have asked for better people to co-ordinate both the sale of the rental and the transition of helping both myself as Landlord and my Tenants to move on. Either Renting or Selling is very stressful but the ease with which both these people helped showed their experience in their fields. I would certainly promote using them and this company, very professional and lovely to deal with. Nothing is too much to ask of them.
